Description
What It Is
-
A gray‐blending hair color designed for men, intended to “camouflage” gray hair rather than fully lighten or dramatically change your natural color.
-
It’s a liquid hair color that gives demi‐permanent results—meaning it fades gradually over time.
Key Features
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Processing time | 5 minutes for light gray blending; up to 10 minutes if using darker tones or trying to deepen the result. |
| Shade families available | “Natural” and “Ash” tones. Within those families there are multiple levels (light, medium, dark, etc.). |
| Ammonia | Ammonia‐free formula. |
| Added benefits | Contains protein and quinoa oil to help strengthen hair and increase shine. |
| Maintenance / fade | Gradually fades out (low‐maintenance). The grow‐out is soft so regrowth is less obvious. |
How to Use
-
Mix with 10 volume Pro‑Oxide Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio.
-
Apply to either towel‑dried or dry hair, beginning in the greying areas first (temples, hairline, etc.).
-
Process for 5 minutes for light blending; 10 minutes for deeper shades or darker natural tones.
-
Rinse, shampoo, and condition with complementary haircare products.
What It’s Good For & Limitations
Pros:
-
Quick result — you can blend grays in about 5 minutes.
-
Very natural look; doesn’t leave harsh lines of demarcation as it fades or grows out.
-
Less damaging than some permanent dyes (no ammonia, added conditioning ingredients).
Considerations / Limitations:
-
Because it’s a demi‑permanent/gray camo style product, coverage might be lighter than full permanent color especially on coarse or 100% gray hair.
-
Shade selection is somewhat limited to “natural” and “ash” tones — you may not get bold or unusual color shifts.
-
The outcome depends on how long you leave it on (5 vs 10 min), your existing hair color, the amount of gray, etc. Over‑processing may darken more than expected.
Required Developer:
You must mix it with a 10 Volume Cream Developer in a 1:1 ratio.
Why It Matters:
-
The developer activates the color formula. Without it, the product will not process or deposit any pigment.
-
Using the correct developer strength (10 volume) ensures gentle gray blending without lifting your natural color or damaging the hair.
🚫 Do not use:
-
Higher volume developers (20/30/40) — they are unnecessary and could cause unwanted lightening or damage.
